I am looking for new opportunities but not right now. My contract with Bayern expires at the end of the season and that’s when I’ll start listening to new offers.“I want a serious project that can give me time and serenity, even though I know it’s not easy. I am just waiting and something will come.“The Premier League is a very interesting league of course. The atmosphere is amazing there, even if Bundesliga stadiums are also great.“I don’t know where I could end up, Italy is a solution as well.Carlo Ancelotti and Antonio Conte“Every day there are new speculations about my future – Croatia, China, Everton, Chelsea. Don’t make my friend Antonio upset, I always talk to him.”Conte has already sought to play down Chelsea’s links to Ancelotti, while branding talk of player unrest at Stamford Bridge as “bullsh*t”.With there seemingly no imminent deal to be done there, it could be that Ancelotti’s next move takes him back home, with the former Juventus and Milan coach intrigued by a number of clubs in Serie A.He added: “Serie A is very interesting. AC Milan have made many changes and fourth place would be a great target, but it won’t be easy.“Nobody has a magic wand. Managers and projects need time to be successful, six months is not enough to build a new squad from the beginning.“AC Milan will need to sign more players in the future. [Vincenzo] Montella is right when he says that it’s difficult to buy top players, that’s why the Rossoneri have signed several young players.“I’d see myself coaching Roma but don’t tell [Eusebio] Di Francesco.“The truth is, I’d like any club, I’d like to coach and I will listen to offers at the end of the season.” Check out Goal’s Premier League 2019-20 fantasy football podcast for game tips, debate and rivalries.last_img read more
