Highway dedication ceremony to honor late state representative

A stretch of US-23 will officially be dedicated to Pettalia, spanning from Maple Drive to the Misiak Highway. The ceremony will take place at 2:00 p.m. at the corner of Maple Drive and US-23.State Senator Jim Stamas and current State Representative Sue Allor will be in attendance.A reception will follow at The Hideaway Tavern located at 10085 US Highway 23 Alpena, Michigan 49707.
