‘It’s really sloppy journalism’ – Warburton rejects claims he will leave Forest

first_imgMark Warburton has revealed he will remain in charge of Nottingham Forest – even if they are relegated from the Championship this weekend.The Midlands club are fighting hard to beat the drop on Sunday as they battle it out with Birmingham City and Blackburn Rovers to stay up.Forest entertain Ipswich Town at the City Ground and Warburton has promised no matter what the result he will be there next season.“I read some shocking some stories, really sloppy journalism if I am allowed to say that,” said Warburton.“Really sloppy journalism because there is no truth whatsoever in a dangerous and damaging story. It looks bad.“You don’t come into a dressing room and ask players to commit everything to a club – and then say, ‘by the way if we go down we are off at the end of the season’.“It doesn’t work that way.
